Meet the Principal

Eric C. Schneider, CRE, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS

Since 2009, Eric has provided valuation and consulting services related to the appraisal of commercial and residential real estate throughout the United States, with an emphasis in litigation support and forensic appraisal review. His assignments involve complex issues related to property rights, damages, easement interests, and partial acquisitions, among many others. His valuation experience ranges from residential condominiums to super-regional malls.

Eric’s designations include the CRE® from the Counselors of Real Estate, MAI, SRA, and AI-GRS from the Appraisal Institute, as well as the R/W-AC designation from the IRWA.

An active member of the valuation community, Eric has served on various committees and boards related to the appraisal profession, including the following:

  • San Diego Chapter President for the Appraisal Institute and the International Right of Way Association (“IRWA”)
  • Chair of the Appraisal Institute’s national designation committee and Leadership Development and Advisory Council (“LDAC”) 
  • Member of The Appraisal Journal review panel
  • Frequent presenter for valuation and legal events across the country
